A new training course called “SEDO: digital document management in the army” has appeared in the Army+ application. It was created so that servicemen could gain thorough knowledge of working with documents in a single digital environment and learn to effectively use modern tools for managing official document management. This is reported by the press service of the Ministry of Defense.
The program consists of ten educational modules, each of which has a practical orientation. Course participants will learn how to authorize in the electronic document management system (EDM), correctly register all types of incoming and outgoing correspondence, send and receive documents, and monitor their progress. In separate lessons, it is explained in detail how to keep electronic journals, systematize information and generate reports on document flow.
To check the quality of acquired knowledge, tests are provided at the end of each module. The final stage of training is the final exam. Those who successfully complete it will receive an electronic certificate confirming completion of the course.
The new course on SEDO is intended to be another step in the digitalization of the army, because it will help the military to master working with electronic documents faster, reduce the burden on paper document circulation and make management processes more transparent, controlled and efficient.
We remind you that fourteen educational courses are currently available in the Army+ application. In total, more than 125,000 users are participating in the training, and more than 55,000 of them have already fully completed at least one course.
