ATB-Market LLC, a key enterprise of ATB Corporation, has joined the White Business Club. The updated list of taxpayers with a high level of voluntary compliance with tax legislation was published by the State Tax Service.
In general, to the “white business club” now includes 7149 companies, which is 1105 fewer than in the first list, formed on December 1, 2024. Since the beginning of 2025, more than 3,000 enterprises have been excluded from this list. The fourth list of honest taxpayers turned out to be the smallest in terms of the number of participants. At the same time, more than 6,000 companies are steadily moving from previous lists to new ones.
“A positive trend – the share of payments to the budgets from those payers who demonstrate a high level of voluntary compliance with tax legislation is increasing. If during the formation of the first lists this share was 9.55%, now it is 13.26%”, – said the head of the Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on Finance, Tax and Customs Policy Danylo Getmantsev.
At the same time, according to him, many companies do not get into the “white business club” due to violation of reporting deadlines.
LLC “ATB-Market” for the first half of 2025 paid taxes and fees in the amount of UAH 14.35 billion. Of these, UAH 9.52 billion was transferred to the state budget, UAH 3.21 billion to local funds, and another UAH 1.62 billion to special funds. In general, the enterprises of the ATB group paid UAH 18.02 billion in taxes and fees in January-June 2025, which is 35.9% more than in the same period last year. According to the results of last year, the company transferred UAH 28.61 billion to the budgets of all levels.
