According to police information, the incident occurred in the Industrial district of the city on Osinna Street. During the verification of military registration documents, a dispute arose between the driver of the minibus and the alert group, which escalated into an incident.
“According to preliminary information, the dispute occurred during the verification of military registration documents. Two representatives of the RTCC and the SP in the bus cabin used physical force and tear gas against the driver of the vehicle. At the time of the incident, there were other passengers in the minibus,” the police reported.
The police noted that at the time of the incident, there were passengers in the bus cabin. According to law enforcement officers, after the incident, the RTCC servicemen left the scene.
