In the Action app started survey on the selection of the national jury for the Eurovision Song Contest 2025.
“Do you want to influence who Ukraine will give its points to at the Eurovision Song Contest in Basel? Then it’s time to take part in the survey and choose one of the members of the national jury! They will evaluate the performances of the countries and determine who will receive precious points from Ukraine in the final of the competition.” – noted the press service of “Diya”.
You can vote for one of nine candidates: singer and representative of Ukraine at Eurovision 2018 MÉLOVIN; singer Tayanna; Marko Galanevich, musician and vocalist of the band “DahaBrakha”; production director Ruslan Makhov; the vocalist of the band Go_A, which took fifth place at Eurovision 2021, Kateryna Pavlenko; film and theater director and choreographer Anatoly Sachivka; general producer of music TV channels “M1” and “M2” Natela Chhartishvili-Zatsarinna; choreographer-director Olena Shoptenko; as well as Dmytro Shurov, the founder of the Pianoboy project and the music producer of the national selection for Eurovision 2023 and 2024.
The survey will last until March 31. The five candidates who receive the most votes and are approved by the European Broadcasting Union will be part of the national jury. The candidate who receives the most votes during the poll will automatically become the head of the jury.
In the event that one of the five finalists is unable to sign the pledge due to valid reasons or at the request of the European Broadcasting Union, the candidate with the next highest number of votes will take his place.
We will remind that “Eurovision-2025” will be hosted by Basel (Switzerland). The final of the competition will be held at St. Jacob’s Hall on Saturday, May 17, and the semi-finals will be held on Tuesday, May 13 and Thursday, May 15. According to the results of the draw, the representative of Ukraine — the band Ziferblat — will perform in the first part of the first semi-final on May 13.
