FSMU opens access to agricultural land lease through auctions on “Prozorro.Prodazhi”
The State Property Fund of Ukraine (FSMU) has announced the start of the first 16 auctions for the lease of state agricultural land. About this reported the head of the FSMU Vitaliy Koval.
According to him, land plots in the Vinnytsia region with a total area of 1,075 hectares have been put up for auction. Detailed information about these areas is available at link.
By the end of the year, the Fund plans to place another 100,000 hectares of state agricultural land in 20 regions of Ukraine on electronic auctions. Khmelnytskyi, Kirovohrad, Kyiv and Zaporizhia regions will be the first regions where new lots will appear.
To participate in the auction, you need to choose a lot, register on the electronic platform, pay the necessary fees and join the auction. The winner of the auction will receive the right to rent for a period of up to 14 years for annual plantations or up to 25 years for perennials, paying a sublease fee for one year in advance.
The Minister of Economy of Ukraine Yulia Svyridenko noted that the launch of auctions for the lease of state lands is an important step of the government aimed at supporting agricultural producers, especially those who suffered as a result of the war.
