HBO Max announced the launch of the platform in Ukraine
HBO Max streaming service launched a localized site for Ukraine and announced that it will soon be available in the country. From launch, the platform will work on select phones, tablets, computers, TVs, streaming devices, tuners and game consoles.
Two packages have been prepared for Ukrainian users. Tariff “Standard” will cost 7.99 euros per month (approximately 400 hryvnias) and will allow you to watch content on two devices with the ability to download up to 30 episodes for offline access. Option “Premium” will cost 9.99 euros per month (about 500 hryvnias), while the number of devices will increase to four, and the limit of offline downloads will reach 100 episodes.
For an additional 3 euros per month (approximately 150 hryvnias), users will be able to connect sports content — Eurosport 1 and Eurosport 2 channels, as well as broadcasts of tennis, cycling and other events.
HBO Max is an American streaming service that currently ranks seventh in the world in terms of subscribers, with more than 122 million users. In the summer of 2025, the company announced plans to enter the markets of 12 new countries, including Albania, Armenia, Georgia and Kazakhstan, and the service aims to reach 100 regions in total. In 2026, the launch is planned in Germany and Italy.
