In Dnipro, two teenagers attacked a serviceman and stabbed him

On February 23, the Dnipro police reported that they had detained two minors aged 16 and 17 who attacked a 45-year-old serviceman during the conflict, beat him and inflicted knife wounds.

According to data of law enforcement officers, the incident occurred on February 17. An argument broke out between the military man and the teenagers, during which the attackers not only inflicted bodily harm, but also took the victim’s personal belongings — a bag, watch, mobile phone, and power bank — and then fled the scene.

The next day, February 18, a man with numerous injuries was found on Pastera Street in the Central District of Dnipro. The victim with serious injuries was hospitalized for medical care.

The police reported that the detained teenagers have already been charged with attempted murder under Part 2 of Article 15 and Items 6 and 12 of Part 2 of Article 115 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Law enforcement agencies continue to investigate the incident and the circumstances of the conflict.
