In Kherson, a drone hit a residential building, injuring a woman
A Russian “Molniya” drone hit a multi-story residential building in Kherson on the evening of January 21, injuring a local resident. The attack was reported by the Kherson City Military Administration on its official Facebook page.
The strike occurred in the Central District of the city. At the time of the attack, a 72-year-old woman was in her own apartment. As a result of the explosion, she suffered a concussion, a mine-explosive and a closed craniocerebral injury. The victim was promptly taken to a medical facility, where she is receiving the necessary assistance.
According to information, the Russian military continues to use strike drones against the civilian infrastructure of Kherson, despite the absence of any military facilities near the sites of the attacks. The attack on a residential building once again confirms the targeted nature of the shelling of peaceful areas of the city.
The Kherson City Military Administration urges residents not to ignore air raid sirens and to stay in shelters if possible, as the threat of air strikes in the region remains high.
