In Tel Aviv, Israel, a man committed a terrorist attack, stabbing four people. About this informs The Jerusalem Post.
The police, having completed the preliminary investigation, confirmed that the attack was of a terrorist nature. According to the police, the man first attacked three passers-by on Nahalat Binyamin Street, and then injured another person on nearby Gruzenberg Street.
Law enforcement officers found the attacker’s American residence permit and documents for border control. It turned out that the detainee is a citizen of Morocco with a permanent residence permit in the United States. He arrived in Israel on a tourist visa on January 18.
Eyewitnesses say that after the attack, several armed soldiers and civilians who were nearby chased the attacker and shot him dead.
We will remind that in Jerusalem on the night of December 12, an unknown person opened fire on a bus. As a result, a child died, and three more people were injured.
