Colonel Pavlo Palisa, deputy head of the Office of the President reportedthat the formation of new brigades was stopped in Ukraine.
“As you already know, by the decision of the Headquarters, the formation of new brigades was stopped. And the main efforts will now be focused on re-staffing those that already exist, those that are already working on the front line.” – noted Palisa.
He explained that the training of brigades, which have already been formed or are in the final stages, will continue. At the same time, according to him, this process will be carried out “taking into account those moments that we had previous times”.
Commenting on the delay in the delivery of weapons, Palisa explained that the main problem lies primarily in “political will and logistics”:
“There are certain delays in certain types of weapons. A large team of people is working on this to speed up the delivery to Ukraine of the necessary weapons, ammunition, and other material resources that are so necessary for the Armed Forces.”
