On April 10, Diya announced the renewal of the service for internally displaced persons (IDPs). Ukrainians who were forced to leave their homes due to the war can apply for an IDP certificate and cash assistance for the whole family at once in one convenient application.

Previously, in Diya, it was possible to issue a migrant’s certificate and pay only for yourself and your child. Now, through the application, you can apply for all family members who left home because of the war with you.
How to apply for assistance:
- Update the Diya app.
- Go to Services and select Get IDP help.
- Enter the address of the actual place of residence and confirm the geolocation.
- Enter the details of family members.
- Select the Support card to receive payments.
- Indicate what kind of help you need (medical care, education, humanitarian aid) and leave your contact details.
People who have gone abroad or are on TOT cannot receive assistance through Diya. This service is available only to citizens who do not yet have an IDP certificate.
