In Kharkiv, two teenagers were detained for detonating explosives near police stations

The Security Service of Ukraine, together with the National Police, detained two minors who were involved in criminal activities against Ukraine by the Russian special services. About this informs SBU press office.
According to the investigation, teenagers detonated explosive devices near police stations in the Slobidsky and Kholodnohirsky districts of Kharkiv. Fortunately, no one was hurt. SBU counter-intelligence quickly identified the suspects after the terrorist attacks. They turned out to be a 15-year-old boy and girl, residents of Kharkiv. Russian special services recruited them through Telegram channels, promising “easy money.”
The investigation established that the teenagers acted separately, but performed the tasks of a joint curator from the Russian Federation. The boy made an explosive device himself, receiving instructions from the recruiters: they ordered to fill the explosives with metal balls and provide a detonator for remote activation. The girl, for her part, took the ready-made explosive device from the hiding place.
Both attackers disguised the explosives in bags and left them in trash cans near police stations. Nearby, they installed mobile phones that were used for remote detonation and filming the consequences of the explosions.
SBU investigators informed the detainees about the suspicion of committing a terrorist attack. The court decided to arrest both suspects without bail.
