On September 15, a big fire broke out in Bezdyudivka, Kharkiv region – the forest is on fire. Also, the fire covered the forest in the Vasishchevo district, the fire was also observed in the Pisochyna district.

“Currently, more than 70 fires in open areas and in natural ecosystems are being extinguished in Kharkiv Oblast. Dry grass, reeds, coniferous litter, garbage, and dry fallen leaves are burning. The fires occurred in all regions of the region and in Saltivsk, Novobavarsky, Nemyshlyansky, Kholodnohirsky, and Slobidsky districts of the city of Kharkiv”, reported State Emergency Service of Kharkiv region.

In particular, the fire occurred in the area of Newton Street.

“Departments of the State Emergency Service, local and voluntary fire brigades, and forest farms are involved in their liquidation.

Gusts of wind contribute to the spread of flames over larger areas. And in the de-occupied territory of the region, extinguishing is complicated by a large minefield of enemy explosive objects.

“Dear citizens! Remember that it is important to follow the rules of fire safety in natural ecosystems and during economic work on your own plots. Fire spreads quickly and even a small ignition can cause a large-scale fire.” – informs the State Emergency Service of the Kharkiv region.
