Moscow allows a military conflict with NATO in the next decade

Russian Defense Minister Andriy Belousov said his department must be prepared for any scenario, including a possible military conflict with NATO in Europe in the coming decades. This is reported by rosZMI.
The statement was made during a meeting of the collegium of the Ministry of Defense. Belousov emphasized that this year the agency’s activities were planned taking into account the prospect of a potential clash with NATO in Europe.
“First of all, it is the conduct of active military operations during the SVO, as well as the performance of certain tasks and the provision of a military presence in the countries of Central Asia, Africa, in the Caucasus, in Transnistria. Secondly, ensuring full readiness for any development of the situation in the medium term, including a possible military conflict with NATO in Europe during the coming decades., – noted the Russian minister.
Earlier, NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte said that the members of the Alliance should significantly increase defense spending in order to be ready for a direct confrontation with Russia.
