Державна податкова служба України на постійній основі проводить ідентифікацію громадян та платників податків, які займаються онлайн-продажем товарів і отримують за це грошові перекази. Про це йдеться на офіційному сайті відомства. “ДПС націлена на профілактику та упередження порушень, які можуть виникати у платників податків та громадян через хибну організацію господарських операцій, та не має на меті лише застосування фінансових (штрафних) санкцій”, – пояснили у відомстві. За оновленими правилами, ДПС отримує інформацію з Системи обліку даних РРО про громадян, які регулярно отримують кошти на власні банківські рахунки за продаж товарів. Це фактично свідчить про здійснення підприємницької діяльності без державної реєстрації. Також ідентифікуються фізичні особи-підприємці, які отримують оплату, але не мають зареєстрованих РРО/ПРРО, що є порушенням правил проведення розрахункових операцій. У ДПС наголосили, що лише за перші 20 днів березня було виявлено десятки тисяч осіб, які систематично отримують перекази. У низці випадків кількість транзакцій на одного отримувача сягала сотень, при цьому не було зафіксовано жодної держреєстрації або використання зареєстрованого РРО/ПРРО. “Державна податкова служба закликає громадян та підприємців, які здійснюють продаж товарів через Інтернет офіційно зареєструватися як суб’єкт господарювання, здійснювати розрахунки через належним чином зареєстровані РРО/ПРРО, дотримуватися податкового законодавства, щоб уникнути фінансової та адміністративної відповідальності у майбутньому”, – резюмували у службі.
