Nova Poshta has increased the cost of parcel delivery: what is known

From October 1, Nova Poshta introduced new tariffs for the delivery of documents, parcels and cargo, as well as canceled some additional payments. About this reported press service of the company.

According to the new conditions, the cost of parcel delivery will increase by 10 hryvnias on average. The updated tariffs are as follows:

  • Delivery of documents will cost UAH 65, and this amount already includes a branded cardboard envelope.
  • Delivery around the city for parcels up to 2 kg — 60 UAH, up to 10 kg — 90 UAH, and up to 30 kg — 140 UAH.
  • The cost of delivering goods across Ukraine will be UAH 80 for parcels up to 2 kg, UAH 110 for parcels up to 10 kg, and UAH 160 for parcels up to 30 kg.

For cargo over 30 kg, the tariff includes an additional payment: 50 kopecks per kilogram for delivery between offices in the same city and UAH 1 per kilogram for delivery within Ukraine.

The company explained that the increase in tariffs is related to the increase in energy prices, which significantly affect the cost of postal services in the conditions of a full-scale war. At the same time, Nova Poshta decided to cancel several additional payments, in particular the fee for the declared value when returning parcels.

“By updating the tariffs, we are simultaneously introducing new technologies and improving the provision of services. The increase in tariffs will allow us to continue working and create an opportunity for Ukrainians to receive their parcels just as quickly.” – the company said in a statement.
