Around midnight from May 30 to 31, the Russian Federation struck Kharkiv with another series of strikes. The missile attack was carried out in the Novobavar district of Kharkiv. The Russian Federation again used the double-strike tactic – repeated flights were made to the same place where the first hits were.

A 5-story residential building was hit, more than 20 multi-story residential buildings were damaged. As of the morning of May 31, the shelling claimed the lives of three people, the number of injured – 23 people. Among the injured are a medical worker and a policewoman who arrived at the scene of the explosion.
The air alert in Kharkiv region lasted from 15:03 on May 30 until the night of May 31.
Head of the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office Oleksandr Filchakov commented night shelling:
“On May 31, around 00:15, the enemy launched S-300 and S-400 missiles from the territory of the Belgorod region of the Russian Federation. Five hits were recorded in the Novobavarsky district.”
One rocket hit a five-story residential building. Other rockets hit near a five-story building. More than 20 multi-story residential buildings were damaged. A private enterprise was destroyed.
As a result of the night attack on Kharkiv, 3 people died, 23 more were injured, including two children.
According to the updated data, as of 10:00 a.m., the number of dead people has increased – there are already 5 of them.
