The Cabinet of Ministers has expanded the list of recipients of 1000 hryvnias through Ukrposhta

From now on, people over the age of 60 who do not use the “Diya” application and do not receive a pension or social benefits through “Ukrposhta” can apply to receive 1,000 hryvnias under the “Winter is Support” program. About this reported press service of “Ukrposhta”.

“The government made changes to Resolution No. 952 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated August 20, 2024, expanding the list of categories of citizens who can receive assistance from the state within the framework of the “Winter is Support” program through Ukrposhta. The changes are aimed at allowing even more Ukrainians could use state support.

Now, people over 60 years of age who do not have the Diya application and do not receive pensions or social benefits through Ukrposhta, incapacitated adults (the application is submitted by a guardian), people with disabilities I and II groups, as well as persons who receive an allowance for the care of a child with a disability of subgroup A, who receive a disability pension or social assistance through banks”, says the message.

If the recipient of assistance is incapacitated, the application can be made by the guardian, who must provide a document certifying his identity and confirmation of his appointment as a guardian.
