The Deposit Guarantee Fund planned to sell the assets of seven banks in the amount of UAH 413.3 million

This week, the sale of assets of seven banks liquidated by the Deposit Guarantee Fund is planned, with an initial total price of 413.3 million hryvnias. The Fund’s announcement states that claims on loans in the amount of 220.1 million hryvnias, real estate, land plots and other fixed assets in the amount of 182.2 million hryvnias, as well as receivables from banks in the amount of 10.9 million hryvnias are put up for sale.

The assets to be sold are distributed among the following banks:

• JSC “Megabank”: The total amount of assets for sale is 232.8 million hryvnias. This includes real estate objects, land plots, cars and other fixed assets for 161.6 million hryvnias, as well as claims on loans for 71.2 million hryvnias.
• JSC “Ukrbudinvestbank”: Assets with a total value of 129.7 million hryvnias are put up for sale, of which claims on loans amount to 117.5 million hryvnias, real estate, land plots, cars and other fixed assets – 10.7 million hryvnias, and accounts receivable in front of the bank — 1.4 million hryvnias.
• JSC “Bank Forward”: The total amount of assets for sale is more than 21.2 million hryvnias, of which claims on loans are estimated at more than 20.2 million hryvnias, and real estate, land plots, cars and other fixed assets – at almost 1 billion UAH.
• AKB “Concord” JSC: Assets for sale are estimated at 13.6 million hryvnias, of which claims on loans amount to 7.3 million hryvnias, accounts receivable to the bank – 6.2 million hryvnias, and real estate, land plots, cars and other fixed assets — 0.08 million hryvnias.
• PJSC “Prominvestbank”: The total amount of assets for sale is 11.9 million hryvnias. Of this amount, real estate, land plots, cars and other fixed assets are valued at 8.6 million hryvnias, and receivables from the bank are valued at 3.3 million hryvnias.
• JSC “Delta Bank”: Rights claims under credit agreements are put up for sale at an initial price of 3.8 million hryvnias.
• ChBRR PJSC: Real estate, land plots, cars and other fixed assets are put up for sale at an initial price of 0.2 million hryvnias.
