The former head of the Constitutional Court Tupytskyi was tried to be poisoned in Austria: ex-National Deputy
The former head of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine Oleksandr Tupytskyi, who currently lives in Austria, was tried to be poisoned with mercury. About this reported former member of the Verkhovna Rada Ihor Mosiychuk in his Telegram channel.
According to him, the medical examination revealed an excess of mercury in Tupytskyi’s body more than seven times.
“Aleksandr Mykolayovych [Tupytskyi] became ill, and during the examination, an excess of heavy metals, namely mercury, was found in the body more than seven (!!!) times!”, – the ex-deputy wrote in the Telegram channel.

Now Tupytskyi is undergoing treatment in one of the clinics in Vienna. He has already submitted an official statement to the prosecutor’s office in Vienna about the attempt on his life and intends to appeal to the General Prosecutor’s Office of Ukraine and the National Anti-Corruption Bureau.
Mosiychuk added that he had a personal conversation with Tupytskyi, who assured that forces from Ukraine are behind this poisoning, and he has suspects in this crime.
After the start of the full-scale invasion of Russia into Ukraine, Oleksandr Tupytskyi and his family moved to the west of Ukraine, settling in the city of Stryi, Lviv region. At the height of the war, on March 17, according to border guards, the wife of judge Olha Tupytska, together with her two children, crossed the border with Hungary in a BMW car registered in her name.
