The law on the cancellation of certificates of completed work has come into effect in Ukraine

A law came into force in Ukraine on April 1, which abolishes certificates of work performed for businesses. This was reported by the press service of the Verkhovna Rada.

The document provides that the absence of details on the part of the customer or the employer is not considered a violation of the requirements for the execution of the document, if it indicates the date or period of the transaction.

The law makes it possible to issue an act of services rendered without indicating the position, surname and/or signature of the customer, if: this is provided for by the contract and if the services are fully paid for in non-cash form.

The effect of this law does not apply to transactions carried out at the expense of public funds, lease of state or municipal property, construction contract agreements, design and research work, as well as for the provision of donations, charitable or humanitarian aid.

As previously reported by the head of the parliamentary committee on finance, tax and customs policy, Danylo Hetmantsev, this initiative was prepared at the request of business, and its purpose is to give business the right to include in the contract a simplified procedure for the execution of primary documents for the provision of services.
