The Ministry of Economy announced a change in the status of the dashboard for connecting businesses with the authorities
The state digital platform “Pulse” based on artificial intelligence, which moderates business appeals and generates analytics, will receive the status of a full-fledged state mechanism for digital interaction between entrepreneurs and the authorities from January 1, 2026. This was reported by the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture.
“From January 1, 2026, in accordance with the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, “Pulse” will acquire the status of a full-fledged state mechanism for digital interaction between business and the government,” the message says.
At the same time, the Ministry of Economy presented the first public analytical dashboard of the “Pulse” platform, a feedback tool between business and the state. According to the department, the platform has already collected over 338 thousand ratings, almost 30 thousand comments and more than 300 appeals from verified entrepreneurs from all over Ukraine.
“For the first time, entrepreneurs, analysts and authorities can see trends, problems and business requests recorded through the platform in real time,” the ministry notes.
They add that the openness of this data and constant real-time analytics should enhance the predictability and transparency of the dialogue between the state and business.
The features of the dashboard are particularly noteworthy: each entrepreneur’s comment is automatically taken into account in analytics without manual intervention or moderation, which, according to the plan, should preserve the authenticity of the “voice of business” and form an up-to-date database of facts about the business climate. The public dashboard also allows you to analyze applications by region and government body, as well as work with sectoral data for specific requests. Based on this feedback, analytics are formed that should help the state make decisions based on facts.
Entrepreneurs are advised to submit applications with correct data so that the responsible authorities can process them effectively. In particular, the comment should indicate the issue, region, responsible body, industry, as well as your role in the business (owner, manager, sole proprietor, etc.).
The state digital platform “Pulse” is designed to create a single infrastructure for dialogue between business and government: it collects signals from entrepreneurs, moderates appeals, provides feedback, and generates analytics based on artificial intelligence.
