In the Siversk direction, the Armed Forces of Ukraine stopped nine attacks of the Russian army: General Staff
During the day, 137 cases of combat clashes were recorded at the front. In the Siversky direction, Ukrainian troops stopped nine attacks by Russian units near Hryhorivka, Vyimka, and Pereizny, reports the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Russian troops carried out one combined missile-air strike and another 50 air strikes against the positions of Ukrainian units and populated areas, using 33 missiles and dropping 74 guided aerial bombs. In addition, 2,276 kamikaze drone attacks and 3,619 shellings were carried out.
In the North-Slobozhansk and Kursk directions, our military repelled eight assaults, another clash is ongoing. In the South-Slobozhansk direction, Ukrainian soldiers repelled two attacks in the districts of Hlyboky and Vovchansk.
On the Kupyansk direction, the enemy tried five times to knock out units of the Defense Forces from their occupied positions near Zapadny, Sinkivka, Golubivka, and Zagryzovy. There is a battle going on.
In the Lymansky direction, the enemy carried out 31 attacks, trying to advance in the areas of Grekivka, Novomykhailivka, Karpivka, Zelena Dolyna, Kolodyazyu, Torsky, as well as in the direction of Yampol, Dronivka, and Serebryanka. Five clashes are still ongoing.
On the Siverskyi direction, defenders of Ukraine repulsed nine assaults in the Hryhorivka, Vyimka, and Pereizny districts, another battle is ongoing. In the Kramatorsk direction, the Defense Forces stopped four enemy attempts to break through in the direction of Stupochy. In the Toretsk direction, the occupiers tried six times to break through the defense near Shcherbinivka. Kostyantynivka and Illinivka were hit by airstrikes.
In the Pokrovsky direction, the aggressor carried out 37 assault and offensive operations in the districts of Poltavka, Volodymyrivka, Novoeconomy, Rodynsky, Lysivka, Sukhoi Yar, Dachensky, Zvirovo, Udachny, Horikhovo, and Novoukrainka. Battles are currently underway at four points.
According to preliminary data, the Ukrainian military eliminated 125 invaders in this direction, 90 of them irreversibly. An artillery system, six vehicles, nine drones, two UAV control points and two warehouses of military-technical property were destroyed. One artillery system and nine enemy shelters were also damaged.
On the Novopavlivskyi direction, our defenders repelled ten attacks in Voskresenka, Malyivka, Zeleny Gayu, Piddubny, Oleksandrograd, and Zaporizhia districts. Five more fights are ongoing. The Russians launched an airstrike on Malomykhailivka.
No active offensive actions of the enemy were recorded in the Gulyaipil direction. There was one battle in the Orichiv direction — the enemy tried to advance near Stepovoy. In the Dnieper direction, Ukrainian units repelled three attacks by Russian troops.
