The Ministry of Economy approved the payment of compensation of 25% of the cost of Ukrainian agricultural machinery for August applications
Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture approved the distribution of funds according to August applications within the framework of the compensation program of 25% of the cost of Ukrainian agricultural machinery and equipment.
In August, agricultural producers submitted 600 applications for compensation for the cost of 952 pieces of machinery and equipment in the amount of over UAH 663.7 million (including VAT). Among the purchased are tillage machines, trailers of various types, equipment for transportation, irrigation systems and other modern equipment of domestic production. The total amount of compensation from the state was UAH 138.3 million.
“Within this stage of the program, from December 2024, Ukrainian machine builders have already sold agricultural machinery and equipment of domestic production worth more than 4.3 billion hryvnias. These are more than 6,200 new harvesters, plows, cultivators, sprinklers and other equipment that is already working in the field and at processing plants.
This result became possible thanks to the fact that the state fulfills its obligations: since December, more than 906 million hryvnias of compensation have been accrued, which are systematically paid through partner banks. Funds are provided for in the future, we are waiting for new applications from agricultural producers,” said the Deputy Minister of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine Andriy Telyupa.
To participate in the compensation program, agricultural producers must be registered in the State Agrarian Register (DAR), choose machinery or equipment from the official list on the website of the Ministry of Economy and purchase it through an authorized bank. After full payment, it is necessary to submit an application through the same bank for reimbursement of 25% of the cost. 34 banks participate in the program. Manufacturers who want to add their products to the list can submit an application to the Ministry of Economy via the official website.
We remind you that compensation of 25% (without VAT) applies to Ukrainian machinery and equipment with a level of localization of at least 60%. Special conditions are provided for certain categories – combine harvesters, tractors, self-propelled sprayers and grain trucks. The list of equipment with a confirmed level of localization is published on the website of the Ministry of Economy. The program is implemented within the framework of the “Made in Ukraine” support policy for producers.
