The National Health Service of Ukraine has introduced an interactive text service “Information and Reference Service 16-77”, which allows you to obtain information about the Medical Guarantees Program, necessary services, “Affordable Medicines”, concluding contracts and other issues. As reported in the National Health Service of Ukraine, the service can be used by patients, doctors, pharmacists and employees of medical institutions.
Unlike the voice menu, which is not always convenient to perceive, or the hotline, which works within the operators’ schedule, the text assistant operates around the clock and is more convenient to use.
Among the main advantages:
- the ability to get the necessary information at any time without waiting for a connection with the operator;
- providing direct links without the need to write down or clarify anything;
- the ability to familiarize yourself with the materials at your own pace, quickly follow the links and save important pages.
Audio support is also provided. You can use the service by following the link or scanning the QR code.
Previously it was reported that Ukrainians were able to conclude a declaration with a doctor online.
