The Prosecutor General’s Office transferred seized assets worth almost UAH 311 million for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine

During January – February 2026, the Prosecutor General’s Office, as part of the investigation of criminal proceedings, transferred property and funds in the amount of almost 311 million UAH to support Ukrainian defenders. This was reported by Prosecutor General Ruslan Kravchenko.

“We are all grateful to our defenders for each new day. Today, every state institution must work to strengthen Ukraine’s defense. The prosecutor’s office also systematically supports our military and directs resources to the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other units of the Defense Forces,” he emphasized.

In January-February of this year alone, property and funds worth almost UAH 311 million were transferred to the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, including UAH 218 million in cash.

The funds and property were seized within the framework of criminal investigations, as well as transferred by suspects and accused persons to implement plea agreements. In particular:

  • 218 million UAH – transferred directly to support military units;

  • 28 million UAH – vehicles and motorcycles for transportation, evacuation and logistics;

  • 32 million UAH – weapons and ammunition for combat missions;

  • 1.6 million UAH – fuel and lubricants;

  • 31 million UAH – equipment, tools and other necessary equipment.

“The Prosecutor’s Office will continue to use all opportunities to support Ukrainian defenders and strengthen defense of the state,” Kravchenko added.
