The State Property Fund has announced an auction for the property of the Zarubyn distillery
The specialization of this enterprise is the production of bioethanol, the list of products can also be expanded.
The State Property Fund of Ukraine announced the sale of a single property complex of the state enterprise “Zarubynsky Distillery” in the Ternopil Region. About this reported Vitaliy Koval, head of the FDM.
The Zarubyn Distillery is an active company engaged in the production of bioethanol with significant potential for expansion. The auction, scheduled for August 7, will take place in the “Prozorro.Prodazhi” system. Applications for participation are accepted until 20:00 on August 6.
The starting price of the lot is UAH 219,135,738 (without VAT).
“Privatization of the plant opens up new opportunities for modernizing production and increasing the production of biofuel”, – noted Koval.
The buyer of the plant will be obliged within six months after receiving ownership to repay all debts from wages and to the budget, as well as to ensure the preservation of jobs.
Information about the lot
The single property complex includes 49 real estate objects, 27 units of transport and special equipment, as well as 606 units of movable property. The enterprise is located on four land plots with a total area of 23.6 hectares in the village. Zarubyntsi, Ternopil region. The total area of the objects is 27,257 m².
The average number of employees at the enterprise as of March 31, 2024 was 128 people. The volume of product sales, including exports, for the period from 2021 to the first quarter of 2024 amounted to UAH 1,219,953.0 thousand, of which export deliveries amounted to UAH 54,249.3 thousand.
“The modernization of the Zarubyn distillery will contribute to the strengthening of Ukraine’s energy independence and the development of the sector of renewable energy sources”, – added Koval.
