The Verkhovna Rada admitted that the TCC sends to the front those who are subject to reservation: details

Fedir Venislavskyi, a member of the defense committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and a people’s deputy from the Servant of the People party, expressed concern about the problem of booking employees of critical enterprises of the country during the period of mobilization.
He noted that there are cases where conscripts who should be booked from mobilization are instead called up for training after they go through the Temporary Control Center (TCC) to update their military records and medical examination.
Venislavsky emphasized that this problem was already considered at the meetings of the defense committee of the Verkhovna Rada. He explained that the key aspect is the timely submission of the necessary documents by the heads of enterprises to ensure the reservation of their employees. This is important to avoid situations where an employee who is to be booked incorrectly receives a summons for mobilization.
According to the people’s deputy, in addition to the problem with documentation, there is another aspect – the possibility of mobilizing employees during the period of updating their military credentials. Venislavsky expressed his belief that the solution to these problems is possible thanks to the introduction of an electronic reservation system. He noted that it is planned to create a mechanism by which citizens who have the right to reservation will be able to submit their information through mobilization units in electronic format.
This information will be automatically verified through the State Insurance and Pension Fund databases, which will simplify and speed up the booking process and avoid misunderstandings and mistakes. Venislavsky emphasized that these measures are temporary and aimed at solving urgent issues in the field of mobilization.
