The Verkhovna Rada will consider the possibility of mobilizing Ukrainians under the age of 25
Among other things, it refers to draft law No. 11379 on deferment during the mobilization of conscripts.

People’s deputy from the “Servant of the People” party, Fedir Venislavskyi, promised that the parliament will decide on the issue of conscripts under the age of 25. He informed about this in interview “Glavkom” publication.
Venislavskyi explained that after the abolition of the status of those with limited fitness, a conflict arose: former with limited fitness under the age of 25, who became fully fit, are mobilized, and healthy conscripts of the same age have a deferral until 25 years.
“There is a certain understanding of social injustice, when citizens under the age of 25, who are fully fit for military service, cannot be mobilized, and those who for various reasons were recognized as limited fit during wartime, after the cancellation of this status, are recognized as fit for the VLK and can be mobilized”, – noted Venislavskyi.
It turned out that being under 25 years old (if you are not a student and do not have a deferment) does not guarantee that you will not have your documents checked and sent to the military medical board, and then to the training ground.
