Ukrainians must submit electronic declarations by March 31

The deadline for submitting annual electronic income declarations is March 31 for 2025 for persons authorized to perform state or local government functions. This is reported by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

The campaign for submitting declarations began on January 1, 2026 and concerns persons defined by Article 3 of the Law of Ukraine “On Prevention of Corruption”.

Declarations must be submitted by:

  • civil servants;

  • local government officials;

  • officials of legal entities under public law;

  • persons who in 2025 ceased activities related to the performance of state or local government functions;

  • other entities of declaration defined by law.

Before submitting, you should check the validity period of the electronic signature, the relevance of the e-mail, phone number and other contact details. It is recommended to submit the declaration from a computer through an updated browser, and collect data on income, property and financial obligations in advance. You can use the “Data for declaration” function in your personal account for auto-filling, but all information must be carefully checked.

The declaration is submitted regardless of the person’s place of residence or the location of the property. Errors can be corrected within 30 days by submitting a corrected declaration. Formal inaccuracies may be grounds for verification.
