Vacations extended in Dnipro schools due to power outage
Schools in Dnipro have decided to extend the holidays for another two days due to the power outage that occurred after the Russian attack. This was announced on social media by Dnipro Mayor Borys Filatov.
According to the mayor, the educational process will not be temporarily resumed, as the situation with electricity supply remains difficult.
“School holidays extended for another two days”, – Boris Filatov noted.
At the same time, the mayor reported that all city hospitals have completely switched to working from generators and have the necessary water supplies, so the treatment process continues without interruption. Water drainage systems in residential buildings are also provided with alternative power sources. Currently, about 130 columns with technical water are operating in different districts of the Dnipro.
