In Ukraine, entrepreneurs will be able to vote for the most urgent business problems on the Pulse platform

From now on, Ukrainian entrepreneurs can vote for the most pressing problems that hinder business development through the online platform “Pulse”. About this reported Ministry of Economy of Ukraine.
Deputy Minister of Economy Oleksandr Tsybort noted that the platform has added an express voting function, which will allow businesses to express their position on the most pressing issues. The results of the voting will be submitted for consideration by the Council for the Support of Entrepreneurship in the Conditions of Martial Law under the President of Ukraine.
“As before, on the platform you can additionally ask for help in solving problems, if they arose in interaction with state bodies, as well as rate the state service”, — noted Tsibort.
About the “Pulse” platform
The deputy minister also emphasized that “Pulse” should become not just a tool for complaints and suggestions, but a powerful source of data for reforms. The platform is designed to be a transparent mechanism of interaction between the state and entrepreneurs, reflecting the real state of the business climate in the country.
Users of “Pulse” can leave both complaints and positive feedback, which will help the state to scale up effective practices. All feedback will be analyzed to form the Entrepreneur Satisfaction Score. Feedback statistics are presented in the form of dashboards available on the site in real time.
The Pulse platform has been in beta testing for over a month. The most common topics of appeals through the platform concern:
- illegal actions of state bodies;
- non-transparent procedures and lack of clear action algorithms;
- proposals for changes in legislation;
- improvement of interaction between the state and business;
- passive position or inaction of authorities.
The Ministry of Economy notes that 100% of the applications received have already been implemented. In the future, it is planned to integrate “Pulse” with the majority of public services to ensure the possibility of instant assessment of the quality of public services.
