Nardepka in court voiced her own version of why she threw money over the fence before the NABU search: details
People’s deputy Lyudmila Marchenko published a statement regarding the scandalous incident related to the throwing of money over the fence of her property.
About this reported Anti-Corruption Center.
The politician claims that these funds were the savings of her assistant, Anastasia Kolesnyk, who was responsible for their storage. Currently, Marchenko is being interrogated by the High Anti-Corruption Court in connection with the suspicion of receiving a bribe for facilitating the departure of men abroad through the “Shlyah” system. The anti-corruption center reported in its report that the member of parliament denies any guilt and emphasizes that she only provided advice on the necessary documentation for crossing the border.
A video released by the National Anti-Corruption Bureau shows Marchenko trying to throw the money over the fence of his yard before law enforcement officers arrived. In addition, in the video, you can hear phone conversations between the MP and her assistant with “customers”, where they talk about providing “assistance” in quickly preparing documents for traveling abroad.
According to Marchenko’s official position, her act was caused by the shock of the searches and health problems that influenced her decision.
