“On October 20, power restriction schedules for industrial consumers will be enforced in all regions of Ukraine from 06:00 to 22:00. The reason for the introduction of restrictions is the consequences of previous Russian strikes on energy infrastructure, the message says.
In addition, in the Chernihiv region, the distribution system operator (oblenergo) is already introducing hourly power outages for the population.
Ukrenergo noted that the situation in the power system may change:
“Watch the messages on the pages of your oblenergos. Consume electricity economically.”.
Let us recall that since the beginning of October 2025, Russian troops have been regularly striking energy facilities in Ukraine, which leads to power outages in a number of regions and restrictions for industrial consumers.
