PrivatBank updated lending conditions for the “eOselya” program and extended its validity until 2046
The Supervisory Board of PrivatBank approved transactions with PrJSC “Ukrainian Financial Housing Company” (“Ukrfinzhytlo”), the operator of the state mortgage lending program “eOselya”. According to the decision of the council, eight members voted in favor of the transaction, one abstained due to a conflict of interest related to the fact that an official of Ukrfinzhitl is affiliated with a member of the supervisory board of PrivatBank. The amount of the credit limit of 11.5 billion hryvnias is 1.51 percent of the total assets of PrivatBank, which, according to the latest annual financial statements, are estimated at 761.46 billion hryvnias.
At the end of 2025, the Cabinet of Ministers increased the authorized capital of Ukrfinzhitl by 30 billion hryvnias by issuing domestic government loan bonds in exchange for additional shares of the company. For this purpose, bonds with different maturities and rates were issued with coupon payments every six months.
