The Ministry of Agrarian Policy reported in which region of Ukraine the most expensive land
The Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food has named the regions of Ukraine where land is the most expensive. About this informs press service of the department.
The highest average land price was recorded in Ivano-Frankivsk region (UAH 89,744), Lviv region (UAH 71,390) and Poltava region (UAH 66,232). The average price of 1 hectare of land in Ukraine is UAH 52,462. This indicator was obtained on the basis of 117,586 land sales agreements covering an area of 268,300 square meters. Ha.
The Ministry noted that since February 24, 41,979 deals covering a total area of 77,668 hectares were concluded on the land market. The greatest activity in terms of the area of land sold was recorded in the following regions: Khmelnytskyi region (8.1 thousand hectares), Vinnytsia and Poltava regions (8 thousand hectares each), Kirovohrad region (7.8 thousand hectares) and Dnipropetrovsk region (7. 6 thousand hectares).
Since the launch of the land market on July 1, 2021, 142,945 agreements covering an area of 322,194 hectares have been concluded. In the front-line regions – Kharkiv, Mykolaiv, as well as the temporarily occupied Zaporizhia and Kherson – land prices remain the lowest. In these regions, sales agreements are currently not concluded.
