The Ministry of Defense has opened an official page on Facebook called “Reserve+ Support” for users of the application of the same name. This was reported by Galyna Volovina, a representative of the Ministry of Defense’s digital team.
“We have experimentally launched a page to support “Reserve+” users. If you have any questions about the service in general or your case, you can write to us and we will answer them there. It will not be newsworthy, but it is deeply focused on helping with questions about the application and its services, — the message says.
According to Volovina, the team is working to turn “Reserve+ Support” into a large-scale and effective project and become another convenient communication channel for users.
At the same time, she emphasized that the “Reserve+ Support” page will not be newsworthy, its main goal is to help with questions about the application and its functionality. To ask a question about “Reserve+” services, you need to send it to Messenger.
