The work of state registers has been fully restored: Ministry of Justice

On January 20, the Unified and State registers of the Ministry of Justice became operational again in Ukraine after a large-scale cyber attack carried out by Russia. About this reported Minister of Justice Olga Stefanishyna.

“The state registers are ready to work again. The Russians did not achieve their goal. We restored the key registers for notaries step by step, then DRATSS, EDR, and now the work on restoring the last part of the registers has been completed. The final step is the updating of the data entered during the restoration, as already specialists of the executive service and private executors are engaged in. Once again, the data of Ukrainians was not lost.” – says the message.

Currently, the data is being updated, in connection with which the access of notaries and state registrars to the State Register of Property Rights to immovable property is limited, as well as the entry of updated data on encumbrances by state and private executors is temporarily suspended.

At the same time, the work of electronic information interactions with state bodies, which use these registers in their activities, is being resumed. In particular, this applies to the DPS, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the PFU, the Ministry of Digitization, the State Geocadastre, the DPSU and other institutions. In the near future, access to online services related to these registries will be restored on the portal and in the Action application.
