There was a large-scale failure in the work of state registers: Ministry of Justice
In Ukraine, there was a serious failure in the work of state registers and services, which also affected the functioning of some services in the “Action” application. Minister of Justice Olga Stefanishyna said that the full restoration of work may take up to two weeks.

“Unfortunately, we faced a serious challenge – a large-scale failure at the level of the network infrastructure serving the registries”, the message says.
The ministry explained that technical failures affected the Unified and State registers, as well as the web resources of the Ministry of Justice, State Enterprise “NAIS” and call centers. All these services will remain unavailable until the works are completed, which will be announced separately.
In action” clarified, that car re-registration services, the “eRecovery” program, as well as services for sole proprietorships and LLCs are temporarily out of service.
“The registers of the Ministry of Justice are being updated, the state enterprise National Information Systems is carrying out technical work, so at this time you cannot use online services”, – explained in “Diya”.
Later, Minister of Justice Olga Stefanishyna said that it was “exactly clear” that the Russians were behind the attack. According to her, there are no threats to the functioning of other resources.
