The thesis that “the army needs everyone” does not lose its relevance today. According to the agency, users are most interested in military specialties in the areas of headquarters, UAVs, IT, transport and infantry. Recruiting in “Reserv+” allows users to find positions that best match their requests, experience and preferences. To search for a job, you need to pass a short test, for example, indicate whether training is completed in the military field or in which direction the user has the most competence.
Each vacancy includes a detailed description, including information about the brigade, its command, achievements and media mentions. The search for optimal options is simplified thanks to a convenient filter. The intuitive interface allows you to quickly sort offers: by pressing “plus” you can save a vacancy for further review, and by pressing “minus” it helps to reject it.
