Umerov summed up the results of the 28th meeting in the “Ramstein” format

In 2025, the amount of security assistance to Ukraine from Western allies will exceed the indicators of all previous years since the beginning of the full-scale war. About this stated Minister of Defense of Ukraine Rustem Umyerov according to the results of the 28th meeting in the “Ramstein” format, which took place in Brussels.
Umerov emphasized that the current meeting was yet another proof of the partners’ reliability and determination in supporting Ukraine.
“We have significant results – in 2025, security assistance will exceed the indicators of all previous years of full-scale war”, – emphasized Umerov.
Britain has announced a record 350 million pounds of drone aid, which will allow Ukraine to deliver 100,000 drones by 2025. Germany has approved a new package worth 5 billion euros, which covers the financing of long-range weapons to be manufactured on the territory of Ukraine, as well as the transfer of air defense systems, weapons and ammunition.
The Netherlands will provide 400 million euros in aid, which will include a mine countermeasure ship, boats and naval drones. Belgium will transfer one billion euros to Ukraine annually until 2029 and will also provide a mine-fighting ship.
Norway allocates $700 million for drones and another $50 million to the NSATU Trust Fund. Canada will direct $45 million to drones, electronic warfare equipment, IT solutions, as well as Coyote and Bison armored vehicles. Sweden announced a package of 440 million euros, which includes the purchase of artillery ammunition, drones and other weapons for Ukraine.
