Oschadbank appealed to its customers with an important message regarding the management of card limits. As stated at the bank, lately they have been receiving numerous calls and messages from customers every day with questions and complaints about the set card limits. Many come in with problems related to withdrawing cash or paying for purchases. In particular, some customers cannot withdraw more than 1,000 hryvnias per day or pay for online purchases in the amount of more than 5,000 hryvnias.
In response to these appeals, Oschadbank explained that card limits are not set automatically by the bank. Each client can independently set these limits through the Mobile Savings mobile application. Bank representatives assured that the whole procedure is simple, and clients can change the limits at any time according to their needs.
